Shipping policy
Production Time
Every MoonNest Stories book is hand-crafted to order. We typically print and prepare your book within 2–4 business days after you place your order.
Shipping Times
- United States (Standard): 3–5 business days after production. Most orders arrive within a week.
- United States (Express): 1–2 business days after production. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
- International: 10–14 business days after production. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
- Standard US shipping under $50: $8 flat rate.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly from the link in that email.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@moonneststories.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes if your book has already entered production.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if it's confirmed lost in transit.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total.
