We hand-craft every book in California within 2-4 business days. Standard US shipping then takes 3-5 days, so most orders arrive within a week. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout.

What can I personalize?

The child's name appears on the cover and throughout the story (typically on every other page). You can also add a short dedication message that prints on the inside cover — something like "For Sophia, with all our love, Mom & Dad ✦".

Is the name limit 25 characters? What about long or hyphenated names?

We support most names up to 25 characters, including hyphenated names like "Mary-Anne" or longer names like "Alexandra". If you have a unique name we can't fit on the cover, we'll reach out before printing.

For change-of-mind returns: because every book is personalized, we don't accept returns of correctly-printed orders. But if you're unhappy, please reach out — we'll always try to make it right.

Not what I expected

Beautiful concept but my order had problems. There was a typo in the dedication that I had to ask to be corrected, which delayed things. Customer service was kind so I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1, but I wouldn't reorder right now.
